Sponsored Colleagues to Join the 30th “Green Power Hike” of Green Power
“Green Power Hike” is an annual fund-raising walkathon organized by Green Power*, which aims to promote the local environmental education. The event was held on 14th January, 2023 (Saturday). As in previous years, the Bank continued to support and sponsor colleagues to participate in races. 11 colleagues formed 3 teams to participate in 10km and 25km races, contributing to the protection of the ecological environment in Hong Kong. The team that participated in the 25km race won the 1st runner-up honor, that’s a remarkable achievement!
*Green Power Hike is one of the largest charity hiking activities on Hong Kong Island. It is also the annual fund-raising event of Green Power. Donations raised from the event have been used as the main source of Green Power to promote environmental education.
