Enhanced Security Level for NET/Mobile Banking Services

In order to enhance the security level of using our banking services for CMB Wing Lung Bank ("the Bank")’s customers, customers are required to input their "Logon ID", "Password" as well as the "Verification Code" to login "Personal Net Banking", "Corporate Net Banking", "SME Net Banking", "Mobile Banking", "Net Credit Card", "Net Phone Banking" and "Net Securities" with effect from 21st May 2016.

Customers are strongly recommended to create their password with a combination of numbers and characters with upper and lower case. They are also reminded not to use their name, telephone number, date of birth, identification card number, etc., which are easily guessed, part of their Logon ID or password of any other systems as password to login CMB Wing Lung NET Banking/Mobile Banking Services.
