《賬戶及服務一般條款》修訂通知（生效）

招商永隆銀行有限公司（「本公司」）之《賬戶及服務一般條款》將有以下修訂：

第I部分：一般條款及重要事項

P. 招商永隆企業一網通服務

• 針對發薪服務（定義詳見該服務條款），新增第63至67項條款，將以本通知附件形式增列於第62項條款之後。

此通知之中、英文版本如有任何歧異，一概以英文版本為準。

如閣下就本修訂通知生效後繼續使用本公司提供的賬戶或服務，上述修訂將對閣下具有約束力。如閣下不接受本通知中的更改，閣下有權根據《賬戶及服務一般條款》終止閣下的賬戶及服務，有關修訂詳情請參閱附件。

P. 招商永隆企業一網通服務

63. C+快易發薪服務 (“發薪服務”）乃本公司透過招商永隆企業一網通服務提供之特定功能。任何透過此服務發放僱員薪金及／或作出強積金供款的指示，必須由閣下透過招商永隆企業一網通服務向本公司發出，並將視為招商永隆企業一網通服務的電子指示。

64. 當本公司透過發薪服務執行轉賬指示時，若閣下的賬戶可用餘額不足以支付轉賬金額，或該轉賬指示將導致透支，或透支金額超出我們可接受的範圍，本公司可拒絕執行該轉賬指示。

65. 本公司獲授權可按不時公佈之服務收費標準，自閣下戶口扣除發薪服務相關費用。

66. 本公司保留隨時更改、修訂或調整發薪服務收費及使用條款之權利，恕不另行通知。如有爭議，本公司決定為最終及具約束力之裁決。

67. 本條款及細則之中文版本僅供參考。若本條款及細則之英文版本和中文版本有任何歧義，概以英文版本為準。

Revision Notice of General Conditions for Accounts and Services (With effect from )

CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited will revise our General Conditions for Accounts and Services as follows:

PART I: GENERAL CONDITIONS AND IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Conditions 63 to 67, in relation to the Payroll Service (as defined therein), will be added after Condition 62, in the form of the attachment to this notice.

In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.

The changes described in this Notice will be binding on you if you continue to use the services or accounts provided by us after the changes come into effect. If you do not accept the changes described in this Notice, you have a right to terminate your accounts and services as provided for under the General Conditions for Accounts and Services. For details of the amendment, please refer to the attachment.

PART P:U-BANK@CMBWLB SERVICES

63. The C+ Express Payroll Service (the “Payroll Service”) is a specific function that we offer through U-BANK@CMBWLB Services. Any instructions for the release of employees’ salaries and/or making MPF contributions using this service must be given by you through U-BANK@CMBWLB Services to CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited and will be deemed to be an Electronic Instruction for the purposes of these U- BANK@CMBWLB Services.

64. At the time of execution of transfer instructions through the Payroll Service by us, if the available balance in your account is not sufficient to settle the transfer amount or if such transfer instructions will give rise to an overdraft or the amount of overdraft exceeds the amount acceptable to us, we may, in our discretion, refuse to execute such transfer instructions.

65. We are authorized to debit relevant fees and charges for the Payroll Service from your account in accordance with the service fees we publish from time to time.

66. CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited reserves the right to change or amend or adjust the charges for the Payroll Service and the terms of use for such services without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.

67. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
