General Instructions

Your instructions are considered as received only when a transaction number is given by the Bank after you have clicked "Confirm". In case there is any communication interruption after your confirmation, please use the "NET Transaction History" service in our web site or call (852) 2952 6666 to check if your instructions have been received.

Usage of "Send" and "Clear" buttons

  • For enquiry service
    • When"Send" is clicked, system will verify the information. If the information is correct, customer's request will be processed accordingly.
    • When"Clear" is clicked, the input information will be wiped off.
  • For transaction service (monetary & non-monetary a/c instructions)
    • When "Send"is clicked, system will verify the information. If the information is correct, customer's request will be processed accordingly.
    • When "Clear" is clicked, the input information will be wiped off.

Usage of "Confirm", " Back", and "Cancel" buttons
  • For transaction service (monetary & non-monetary a/c instructions)
    • "Confirm"、"Back" and "Cancel" buttons are used for transaction services (monetary & non-monetary a/c instructions) only.
    • When "Confirm" is clicked, the instructions are irrevocable and will be processed accordingly.
    • When "Back"is clicked, previous screen will be shown and all input are retained.
    • When "Cancel" is clicked, the instructions will be cancelled.
