Our six-month Financial Services Trainee program offers you a solid foundation and a good start to develop a prosperous career. Through dynamic classroom training, on-the-job training and attachment opportunities, you will be equipped with selling skills and financial knowledge to become a banking professional. After successful completion of the program, you will take up position of Financial Services Manager in a designated branch to promote the bank’s financial products and services to customers.

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in business related discipline or equivalent
• Have strong passion to develop your career in banking industry
• Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute Licensing Examinations preferred
