Responsibilities
- To support sales programs and activities in branches such as open day, customer seminars
- To arrange drill, specialized training and sharing sessions to enhance sales skill of frontline staff
- To liaise with insurance companies on affairs related to customer offer programs such as choosing promotion channels, fulfillment and logistics, system, sales tools and CRM
- To produce weekly sales reports to monitor and stimulate sales activities
- To assist in system enhancement, development and other ad-hoc activities
Requirements
- Degree holder with FLMI qualification is preferred
- Passed in related IIQAS Examination
- Minimum 8 years of experience in life insurance field, of which 5 years in managing life insurance sales programs and activities
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
- Good project management skills
