Assistant Vice President, Sales Activities
Responsibilities
  • To support sales programs and activities in branches such as open day, customer seminars
  • To arrange drill, specialized training and sharing sessions to enhance sales skill of frontline staff
  • To liaise with insurance companies on affairs related to customer offer programs such as choosing promotion channels, fulfillment and logistics, system, sales tools and CRM
  • To produce weekly sales reports to monitor and stimulate sales activities
  • To assist in system enhancement, development and other ad-hoc activities
Requirements
  • Degree holder with FLMI qualification is preferred
  • Passed in related IIQAS Examination
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in life insurance field, of which 5 years in managing life insurance sales programs and activities
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
  • Good project management skills
