Responsibilities

• Operate, review and perform analysis on results derived from OR tools: KRI and RCSA
• Assist in the preparation of various management reports
• Manage and coordinate outsourcing activities related projects, including annual post-implementation review
• Assist in the coordination and review for the department Business Continuity Plan
• Assist in the preparation / revision of relevant ORM policies and procedures
• Review and perform analysis on events reported via operational risk event report
• Monitor and follow-up implementation of rectification actions of operational risk identified through the risk identification and assessment mechanism or field investigation
• Assist in the implementation of the plan for the adaptation of Standardized Approach for Operational Risk Management

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Minimum 2-3 years of operational risk management experience in banking
• Experience in auditing or internal control an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal and report writing skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
