Responsibilities

• Participate in new services or channels development and implementation
• Assist to identify new service and business opportunities
• Compile reports on market research findings and recommendations
• Handle the departmental technical hotline to answer customer¡¦s enquiry related to channel services

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in banking industry and e-channel development knowledge is preferred
• Good knowledge and understanding in customer experience management in banking & financial industry
• Excellent team player and able to work under pressure in meeting deadlines
