Responsibilities
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or above with qualification in HKSI and IIQAS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service at Call Centre
- Familiar with general banking / investment products and services
- Strong sales and service orientation with good selling and telephone skills
- Shift-duty is required (including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)
