Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or above with qualification in HKSI and IIQAS
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service at Call Centre
  • Familiar with general banking / investment products and services
  • Strong sales and service orientation with good selling and telephone skills
  • Shift-duty is required (including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)
