Requirements
- Post-secondary education or above
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or secretarial support in corporate banking or commercial banking
- Strong self-motivation with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua a must
