Responsibilities
- Handle authorization requests from merchants and other acquiring banks
- Handle lost/stolen card reporting
- Monitor high risk or suspicious credit card transactions
- Handle inquiries from merchants / cardholders
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer call handling, preferably in banking/financial industry
- Good communication and decision-making skill
- Independent, strong self motivation and detail-oriented
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is a must
- Shift duty is required
