Responsibilities

• Attending to service hotlines; providing quality services through various electronic means to accommodate customers' requests
• Working closely with the Relationship Managers and Financial Services Managers in driving treasury businesses to achieve sales target assigned
• Conducting in-bound and out-bound calls to customers, executing transactions on FX, equity linked & currency linked investment; providing timely market update to customers and implementing sales initiatives
• Strengthening relationship with customers to identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate financial services to meet their needs

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in business related discipline or equivalent
• Relevant experience in financial institutions; sound knowledge of various investment products a must
• Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute Licensing Examinations
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua a must
