Responsibilities
- Attending customer service hotlines
- Providing counter services to customers via VTM
- Handling customer's enquiries via VTM and various e-channels
- Cross-selling the Bank's products and services
- Handling customer's feedback or dissatisfactory in a professional manner
Requirements
- Secondary education or above, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 or above in HKDSE
- Minimum 2 years' working experience of customer services hotline or branch counter service
- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination / Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute Licensing Examination a plus
- Good at spoken and written Chinese and English; fluency in Putonghua a plus
