Customer Service Officer

 

Responsibilities
  • Attending customer service hotlines
  • Providing counter services to customers via VTM
  • Handling customer's enquiries via VTM and various e-channels
  • Cross-selling the Bank's products and services
  • Handling customer's feedback or dissatisfactory in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Secondary education or above, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 or above in HKDSE
  • Minimum 2 years' working experience of customer services hotline or branch counter service
  • Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination / Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute Licensing Examination a plus
  • Good at spoken and written Chinese and English; fluency in Putonghua a plus
