Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities
  • Assist Relationship Managers to build and deepen relationship with affluent segment customers through delivery superior customer experience
  • Support the team in handling daily operation, product enquiries, voice recording for transaction deals, AML checking, etc
  • Prepare required reports and materials for regular sales monitoring
  • Assist in ad-hoc project as required
Requirements
  • University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
  • Qualified in HKSI and IIQE would be an advantage
  • Strong self-motivation with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is a must
