Responsibilities
- Assist Relationship Manager in daily client interaction regarding custody and fund services
- Take responsibility for the quality of services to custody clients and keep track of all custody and fund services client issues, enquiries, complaints and SLA breaches
- Act as main contact of daily custody operations, to liaise with related internal departments, and to reconcile internal data for client account information
- Implementation for client onboarding
Requirements
- Degree holder in business, IT or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year working experience in securities / banking sector with knowledge of capital markets, securities operation and investment management
