Responsibilities
- Provide facilities management services for renovation building services installation such as electrical installation, mechanical ventilation & air-conditioning, fire service installation, plumbing & drainage system, lifts & escalators
- Monitor cleaning service and building management companies
- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance service
- Manage project and properties database and file management
- Provide 24 hours emergency support services
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Facilities Management / Building Management or equivalent
- Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
- 3 years of experience in facilities management field and building services
- Independent, good communication skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
