Responsibilities

• Assisting in preparation of pitching materials including presentation slides for syndication
• Assisting in preparation and review term sheet of syndication loan with good credit sense
• Managing the related documents for syndication loan and loan sale
• Liaising with banks to bookrun syndication, answering questions, organizing site visit / management presentation, and coordinate with solicitors to prepare documentations

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Business or related disciplines with minimum 3 years’ experience in related fields
• Capable to work within strict deadlines in a time critical environment
• Extensive knowledge of loan products and Asian markets
• Prior experience in syndication / corporate banking is a must
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese / Putonghua
