1. Project Management & Testing section

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, solution design and consultancy services to the banking business or operations to drive improvement in systems, products, service, process efficiency and control
• Work closely with parties including business users, operations, IT and relevant parties to ensure effective project implementation
• Coordinate teams and facilitate discussions

Requirements

• University degree in a related discipline incl. Computer Science, BBA (Information Systems), Risk Management Science, etc.
• Knowledge on banking industry will be an advantage
• Strong self-motivation and creativity, with excellent business analyst, project management, communication and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders
• Proficient in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage

 

2. Application Development sections

Responsibilities

• Solve technology problems through developing, designing, and maintaining software products or systems that enable Bank’s business strategies
• Implement IT and data solutions over the full project life cycle, ensure deliverables are in high quality and prepare detailed specifications and technical guides for compliance as well as audit checking
• Work closely with parties including business users, operations, IT and relevant parties to ensure effective project implementation

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Application development knowledge/ experience in Native iOS/ Android, SAS, J2EE, Unix/Linux, Oracle, IBM WAS/MQ, Mainframe platform is an advantage but not a must
• Energetic and highly motivated caliber
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua as an advantage
