Responsibilities

• Provide system support for system enhancement/projects
• Prepare user requirement for system enhancement
• Prepare the testing plan and cases
• Conduct the testing for the system enhancement/projects
• Provide the operation support of the department

Requirements

• Degree holder or above
• 1 year or above relevant experience in credit card/unsecured loans business preferred
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Self-motivated, detail minded and, able to work under pressure.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Chinese, Putonghua speaking is a plus
