Responsibilities
- Deliver the performance target, evaluation and analytical reports of the department
- Develop a mechanism to monitor the achievement of the sales team
- Prepare business line budget and provide regular review
- Analyse customer data and develop marketing programs for promoting to potential customer
Requirements
- Degree holder in Statistics, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years related experience in financial service industry
- Sound knowledge in investment and wealth management products
- Good PC skills
- Strong self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
