Responsibilities

• Providing analysis and business strategies on deposit products and workflow enhancement to improve customer experience
• Liaising with stakeholders on product/business requirement, ensuring all products solutions are in alignment and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Assisting management in set-up and periodical revision of procedural manuals and pricing to ensure the Bank’s competiveness in the market
• Coordinating business projects with relevant departments

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in business related discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 5 year’s working experience of retail banking, preferably in deposit products or business analysis
• Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements on deposit products
• Independent and sensitive to market changes
• Excellent analytical and organizing skills
