Responsibilities

• Formulating and implementing business plan for deposit acquisition, retention and recovery program
• Assisting in developing new business opportunities
• Assisting in reviewing deposit products, account opening workflow and procedure manual to improve customer experience
• Preparing business performance report
• Coordinating business projects with relevant departments

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in business related discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year’s working experience of retail banking, preferably in deposit products or customer segmentation
• Good knowledge of deposit and banking products
• Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Good communication and analytical skills
