Our six-month Financial Services Trainee Program offers you a solid foundation and a good start to develop a prosperous career. Through dynamic classroom training, on-the-job training and attachment opportunities, you will be equipped with selling skills and financial knowledge to become a banking professional.

After successful completion of the program, you will take up a position of Financial Services Manager in a designated branch to promote the bank’s financial products and services to customers.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university
• Have strong passion to develop your career in the banking industry
• Pass in relevant professional examinations including IIQAS and HKSI Foundation Program Examination
