Responsibilities

• Manage the business growth and strategize, plan for sales activities to achieve best productivity
• Develop and cultivate existing and new customer relationship
• Monitor branch operation and ensures that all the sales activities, services and transactions are in compliance with the bank’s credit control standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• University graduate with qualification in HKSI and IIQAS
• Significant experience in sales and operation of retail branches, with at least 10 years of retail banking experience
• Solid knowledge of local regulatory requirements relating to banking industry
• Strong leadership and good planning and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
