Notes for Upload Address Proof

Examples of valid Address Proof (Below documents should be issued within the last 3 months or within contract / effective period)

• Identity Card of The People’s Republic of China (Mainland China Identity Card)
• Utility bill
• Property management bill
• Correspondence, demand note or bill from Government department or agency
• Statement/letter from regulated financial institution (including bank, insurance company, mandatory provident fund company…etc.)
• Statement from telecommunication services (including mobile phone, internet…etc.)
• Hong Kong tenancy agreement stamped by Inland Revenue Department

Examples of non-acceptable Address Proof

• Commercial address
• Post office box
• C/O address
• Corporate address

To avoid delay in approval of your account, please make sure that the uploaded Address Proof:

• Data shown clearly and glare free
• Name and Residential Address shown on the document are same as Personal Information page

• Full picture of document (do not snapshot partial content only)

  

• For Mainland China Identity Card, front side and back side are needed
