1. The promotional period of CMB Wing Lung Insurance Promotion – Personal Series Promotional Offer (“this Offer”) is from now till 28th February 2018, both dates inclusive (“the Promotional Period”).
2. This Offer is only applicable to the successful online application or successful online application with designated promotional codes (if any) of CMB Wing Lung Insurance Company Limited (“CMB Wing Lung Insurance”) “Travel Insurance” (Single Journey / Annual Cover) and CMB Wing Lung Insurance “Personal Accident (Plus) Insurance” policyholder during the Promotional Period.
3. The insurance period of CMB Wing Lung Insurance "Travel Insurance” (Single Journey) must be two days or above.
4. This Offer is not applicable to the existing policyholder and policyholder who held CMB Wing Lung Insurance “Travel Insurance” (Annual Cover) or CMB Wing Lung Insurance “Personal Accident (Plus) Insurance” issued by CMB Wing Lung Insurance in the past six months.
5. Upon successful online application for the following CMB Wing Lung Insurance personal insurance products – Personal series, customers can enjoy the following premium discount:

* Applicant will receive an extra movie ticket voucher reference valued at HKD60 upon successful online application of designated personal insurance products during the Promotional Period.

6. Upon successful online application, no premium will be refunded if the customer has cancelled the CMB Wing Lung Insurance “Travel Insurance” (Single Journey) policy. Upon successful online application, premium will be refunded (if any) according to the relevant policy terms and conditions and after the deduction of the value of the dining coupons if the customer has cancelled the CMB Wing Lung Insurance “Travel Insurance” (Annual Cover) policy or CMB Wing Lung Insurance “Personal Accident (Plus) Insurance” policy.
7. This Offer and the movie ticket voucher are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other offer. The movie ticket voucher will not be re-issued if lost or damaged.
8. The quantity of movie ticket voucher is limited and is only available while stocks last. If the movie ticket voucher is out of stock, CMB Wing Lung Insurance reserves the right to replace the movie ticket voucher by another gift without prior notice. The value and nature of such gift may differ from the movie ticket voucher offered in this Offer. In case of any disputes, the decision of CMB Wing Lung Insurance shall be final.
9. Each CMB Wing Lung Insurance “Travel Insurance” (Single Journey / Annual Cover) policy (regardless of the number of insured person) and CMB Wing Lung Insurance “Personal Accident (Plus) Insurance” policy can enjoy this Offer once only.
10. Promotional materials only provides premium discount preferential offer, it does not relate to policy terms and conditions. 11. This Offer is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions of the relevant products / services. 13. Upon successful application of CMB Wing Lung Insurance “Personal Accident (Plus) Insurance” during the Promotional Period, the movie ticket voucher will be mailed to the policyholder by ordinary post within one month after the end of the Promotional Period.
14. For usage details of the movie ticket voucher, please refer to the terms and conditions printed on the movie ticket voucher.
15. CMB Wing Lung Insurance is not the supplier of the movie ticket voucher and shall not be responsible for any related liabilities. Any disputes in relation to the movie ticket voucher, customers should contact the supplier(s) for enquiry directly.
16. Regarding any product quality problem of CMB Wing Lung Insurance “Travel Insurance” and CMB Wing Lung Insurance “Personal Accident (Plus) Insurance”, CMB Wing Lung Insurance should take the responsibilities. 17. In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between the Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, the Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however any dispute over the contractual terms of this Plan should be resolved between directly CMB Wing Lung Insurance and the customer.
18. The Bank and CMB Wing Lung Insurance reserves the rights to amend, change or terminate this Offer, discount and the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and CMB Wing Lung Insurance shall be final.
19. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
