Terms and Conditions for C+Express Payroll Services Employer Promotion (the “Employer Promotion”)：

A. General Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Employer Promotion comprises of the offer provided under Sections B (the “Offer”) and the promotion period for the Offer is from 1 April 2020 and 31 December 2020, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. The Offer is applicable to company customer who fulfils the following requirements (the “Eligible Customer”):
    • Successfully open CMB Wing Lung Bank (the “Bank”) account and enroll the Bank’s C+Express Payroll Services and has not been a C+Express Payroll Services customer from the date of the current enrollment for C+Express Payroll Services; and
    • Eligible Customer does not maintain any deposit accounts with the Bank; and
    • Open company account via Retail Banking Department
  3. If Eligible Customer is entitled to the Offer in conjunction with other promotional offers during the Promotion Period, the Bank reserves the right to grant the customer one of or part of the entitled Offers.
  4. The quota for Employer Promotion is limited and is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  5. The Bank reserves the right to vary, extend, terminate and/or cancel any of the Offer or to amend any of the Terms and Conditions herein from time to time. In case of any disputes, the Bank’s decision shall be final and binding.
  6. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and the English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

B. Terms and Conditions for Company Account Preferential HKD Savings Deposit Interest Rate Offer (the “Deposit Offer”):

  1. Eligible Customer who delivers salary by C+Express Payroll Services for each calendar month after enrolled C+Express Payroll Services within the Promotion Period, Eligible Customer will enjoy the Deposit Offer. Deposit Offer is not applicable to personal or joint customer.
  2. HKD Savings Deposit refers to HKD current/savings deposit.
  3. Deposit Offer is a deposit annual interest rate promotion for HKD Savings account of Eligible Customer who delivers salary by C+Express Payroll Services (the “Designated Account”). The HKD Savings deposit balance in the Designated Account of a Eligible Customer will be entitled to the Deposit Offer from the next calendar month after the Bank recorded the Eligible Customer first time deliver salary by C+Express Payroll Services. Eligible Customer will be entitled to this Deposit Offer on the HKD Savings Deposit balance of their Designated Account. Deposit Offer is only applicable to HKD Savings accounts. The Bank will not specifically notify customer of the termination/ineligible of Deposit Offer. Table below is the details of this Deposit Offer:

  4. If the Bank recorded the Eligible Customer first time deliver salary by C+Express Payroll Services during the Promotion Period, and Eligible Customer subsequently failed to record any deliver salary by C+Express Payroll Services for any two consecutive calendar months within Promotion Period. From the next calendar month onwards, the Eligible Customer will not be eligible for Deposit Offer. And the interest rate of that Designated Account will be revised to the general HKD current/savings deposit annual interest rate of the normal account and without any further notice from the Bank. Please visit the Bank’s website for details of the general HKD current/savings account deposit annual interest rate. If Eligible Customer resumes deliver salary by C+Express Payroll Services in the future, Eligible Customer will not be eligible to re-enjoy Deposit Offer.
  5. The Designated Account Deposit Annual Interest Rate is only applicable to the HKD10,000 or above deposit balance and have no upper limit of Designated Account (deposit balance less than HKD10,000 will not be entitled for interest). The Bank will use the account of Eligible Customer which the Bank recorded the first time deliver salary by C+Express Payroll Services during the Promotion Period for calculating Deposit Offer. The Designated Account cannot be amended within the Promotion Period. If Eligible Customer revised the Designated Account after the first time deliver salary by C+Express Payroll Services, Eligible Customer is not eligible for Deposit Offer anymore. If Eligible Customer reuses the first time Designated Account for deliver salary in the future, Eligible Customer will not be eligible to enjoy Deposit Offer again.
  6. The interest calculated by the Designated Account based on the Designated Account Deposit Annual Interest Rate will be automatically deposited into the Designated Account of the Eligible Customer according to the interest crediting schedule of the Designated Account (if applicable).
  7. The calculation of Designated Account Deposit Annual Interest Rate will be revised from time to time and subject to the Bank’s sole and absolute discretion. The actual Deposit Annual Interest Rate enjoyed by Eligible Customer depends on these Terms and Conditions of Deposit Offer, deposit amount and valid period.
  8. All deposit accounts of Eligible Customer must be valid and Eligible Customer is still using the Bank's C+Express Payroll Services while the Bank credits the interest to the Designated Account in order to be eligible to enjoy the Deposit Offer. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
  9. Deposit Offer is not transferrable.
  10. Eligible Customer who is using the Deposit Offer is bound by these promotional Terms and Conditions. The General Conditions for Accounts and Services of the Bank shall be applied for deposit accounts.

 

Terms and Conditions of Merchant Acquiring Service Promotional Offer for Selected SME Customers of CMB Wing Lung Bank:

  1. The promotional period of Merchant Acquiring Service Promotional Offer for Selected SME Customers of CMB Wing Lung Bank (“this Offer”) is from now till 31 December 2020, both dates inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).
  2. This Offer is only applicable to Selected SME Customers referred by CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited (the “Bank”) branches.
  3. Selected SME Customers who successfully applies Merchant Acquiring Service with required documents and sign up Merchant Agreement with the Bank during the Promotional Period, can enjoy HK$200 Supermarket Coupon (hereinafter referred as the “Coupon”).
  4. The Coupon will be delivered by our Merchant Sales Managers during the onsite visit.
  5. The Coupon cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other offer. The Coupon will not be re-issued if lost or damaged.
  6. The Coupon is on a first come first served basis. If the Coupon is out of stock, the Bank reserves the right to replace the Coupon by another coupon without prior notice. The value and nature of such coupon may differ from the Coupon offered in this Offer. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
  7. For details on the usage of the Coupon, please refer to the terms and conditions printed on the Coupon.
  8. The Bank is not the supplier of the Coupon and shall not be responsible for any related liabilities. Any disputes in relation to the Coupon, customers should contact the supplier(s) for enquiry directly.
  9. The Bank reserves the rights to amend, change or terminate this Offer and the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
  10. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

 

Terms and Conditions of General Insurance Promotional Offer for Selected SME Customers of CMB Wing Lung Bank:

  1. The promotional period of General Insurance Promotional Offer for Selected SME Customers of CMB Wing Lung Bank (“this Offer”) is from now till 31 December 2020, both dates inclusive (“the Promotional Period”).
  2. This Offer is only applicable to selected small and medium-sized corporate customers referred to CMB Wing Lung Insurance Company Limited (“CMB Wing Lung Insurance”) by CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited (“CMB Wing Lung Bank”), and such corporate customers shall further fulfill any one of the following requirements (“Eligible Customers”):
    (1) New corporate customers of CMB Wing Lung Bank which did not hold any corporate account in CMB Wing Lung Bank in the preceding 12 months; and/or
    (2) Corporate customers invited by Retail Banking Department of CMB Wing Lung Bank.
  3. Eligible Customers who submit the renewal notice or written quotation issued by other authorized insurance companies and/or other documents required for quotation of any types of the commercial insurance products under CMB Wing Lung Insurance (including but not limited to Employees' Compensation Insurance, Fire Insurance, Property All Risk Insurance, Third Party Liability Insurance and any other non-tariff general insurance products) and then receive a written quotation issued by CMB Wing Lung Insurance during the Promotional Period, can enjoy one HK$ 100 Supermarket Coupon (hereinafter referred as the “Coupon”).
  4. The Coupon will be sent by post to the correspondence address as stated in the quotation within 14 working days after the Promotional Period.
  5. CMB Wing Lung Insurance and CMB Wing Lung Bank shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or delay of the Coupon due to postal error or inaccurate correspondence address information.
  6. The Coupon cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other offer. The Coupon will not be re-issued if lost or damaged.
  7. The Coupon is only available while stocks last. If the Coupon is out of stock, CMB Wing Lung Insurance and/or CMB Wing Lung Bank reserve the right to replace the Coupon by another coupon without prior notice. The value and nature of such coupon may differ from the Coupon offered in this Offer. In case of any disputes, the decision of CMB Wing Lung Insurance and/or CMB Wing Lung Bank shall be final.
  8. For usage details of the Coupon, please refer to the terms and conditions printed on the Coupon.
  9. CMB Wing Lung Insurance and CMB Wing Lung Bank are not the supplier of the Coupon and shall not be responsible for any related liabilities. Any disputes in relation to the Coupon, customers should contact the supplier(s) for enquiry directly.
  10. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions of CMB Wing Lung Insurance products.
  11. Promotional materials only provides preferential offer, and it does not relate to policy terms and conditions. Customers should choose suitable insurance products based on their needs. For details of insurance policy, please refer to the terms and conditions of the relevant insurance policy.
  12. In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited (“CMB Wing Lung Bank”) and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, CMB Wing Lung Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer (only applicable to Eligible Claimants as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme); however any dispute over the contractual terms of the insurance product should be resolved between directly CMB Wing Lung Insurance and the customer.
  13. CMB Wing Lung Insurance and CMB Wing Lung Bank reserve the rights to amend, change or terminate this Offer and the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of CMB Wing Lung Insurance and CMB Wing Lung Bank shall be final.
  14. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

General Insurance Products are underwritten by CMB Wing Lung Insurance which is authorized and regulated by the Insurance Authority of Hong Kong. CMB Wing Lung Bank is an insurance agent authorized by CMB Wing Lung Insurance. CMB Wing Lung Insurance is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CMB Wing Lung Bank.

 

Terms and Conditions for Employee Payroll Services Referral Program (“Referral Program”):

  1. The promotion period is from Now to 31 December 2020, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”)
  2. To be eligible to the Referral Program, the referrer (“Referrer”) is required to fulfil the following requirements:
    • Successfully open CMB Wing Lung Bank (the “Bank”) corporate account via Retail Banking Department and enroll the Bank’s C+ Express Payroll Services within the promotion period; and
    • Has not been a C+ Express Payroll Services customer from the date of the current enrollment for C+ Express Payroll Services; and
    • Does not maintain any deposit accounts with the Bank.
  3. In order for a Referrer to enjoy a Referral Offer (as defined in Clause 4 of this Section), Referrer must make a successful referral of an individual (“Referee”) to sign up payroll service (“Payroll Service”) with the Bank during the Promotion Period with the following requirements having been fulfilled (“Successful Referral”):
    • Referrer must have fulfilled the requirements stated in the Clause 2 of this Section before the referee sign up the bank’s Payroll Service; and
    • Referee must complete and sign on the referral form for the Referral Program (“Referral Form”) and Referee must submit the completed Referral Form to any of the Bank’s branches during the Promotion Period; and
    • Successfully sign up the Bank’s Payroll Service and fulfill the corresponding terms and conditions.
  4. Subject to the fulfilment of the requirements in Clause 2 and 3 of this Section, Referrer who successfully refers one Referee to join the Bank’s Payroll Service during the Promotion Period can be entitled to HKD100 cash rebate (“Referral Offer”). Each Referrer will only be entitled maximum HKD2,000 for the Referral Offer even if the total number of Successful Referrals made during the Promotion Period is more than 20.
  5. The Referral Offer will be given in the form of cash rebate and credited into the Referrer's corporate account on or before 30 April 2021.
  6. When the Referral Offer is to be credited to the relevant account as specified above, Referrer and Referee must continue to be an existing client of the Bank and maintain valid corporate account and payroll account respectively; otherwise, the Bank has the right to forfeit the Referral Offer without prior notice, and no other reward/offer will be provided to Referrer through any means.
  7. Referrer cannot refer themselves as Referees. Referrers and Referees who refer each other to sign up for the Payroll Service will not be eligible for the Referral Program. A Referee who has been successfully referred by a Referrer cannot be repeatedly referred by the same Referrer. When a Referee has been repeatedly referred by more than one Referrer, all referrers of the same Referee will not be eligible for the Referral Program.
  8. All Referral Offers cannot be transferred, unless otherwise specified.
  9. The staff of the Bank are not eligible as a Referrer under the Referral Program.
  10. The Bank reserves the right to vary, modify, or terminate the Referral Program, and to amend any of these Terms and Conditions herein from time to time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the Bank’s decision and record shall be final and binding.
  11. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and the English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
