“Pacific Coffee HK$5 e-Coupon” Terms and Conditions:

  1. Any WeChat account user who becomes a follower of the official account of CMB Wing Lung Bank on WeChat (WeChat ID: winglungbank) and select “e- Coupon” at “Promotion” on the navigation menu bar during the Promotion Period will be eligible to receive a Pacific Coffee HK$5 e- Coupon (“e- Coupon”). Limited number of e-Coupons will be given out during the Promotion Period on a first-come first-served basis while stock lasts.
  2. Eligible WeChat account user will receive an e-Coupon via CMB Wing Lung Bank WeChat message.
  3. Each WeChat account user can obtain ONE e- Coupon only during the Promotion Period.
  4. e- Coupon cannot be transferred, revoked, returned or exchanged for cash.
  5. Each e- Coupon can be used once only. Usage of e-Coupon is subject to below relevant terms and conditions imposed by Pacific Coffee.
  6. CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited (the “Bank”) is not the supplier of the e-Coupons. Any enquires or complaints in relation to the products and services provided should be made to the relevant supplier directly. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  7. By participating in this Promotion, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
  8. WeChat IDs, place of registration of WeChat accounts and other information provided by participants of the Promotion are collected for the purpose of the Promotion and for Prize collection arrangement only, and such data shall not be transferred to other parties. A winner’s entitlement to the Prize will be forfeited should the Bank be unable to notify him/her about the Prize collection arrangement or verify his/her identity due to incorrect or invalid information provided, the Bank accepts no liability in relation thereto and shall not re-issue any WeChat message.
  9. Entitlement to the e-Vouches and eligibility of a WeChat account user to the Promotion shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify the participant from participating in this Promotion and forfeit his/her entitlement to the e-Coupon should there be any violation of these terms and conditions and to take legal actions in respect of any disruption caused to this Promotion.
  10. The Bank will not accept any liability if any information submitted to the Bank has been delayed, lost, invalid or unidentifiable due to any technical problems of the computers or networks. All the dates and time relating to the Promotion shall be determined based on the Bank’s record.
  11. The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, as well as to vary or terminate the Promotion. In the event of dispute, the decision of the Bank should be final and binding.
  12. If there be any discrepancy between the English version of these terms and conditions and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

Pacific Coffee Company Terms and Conditions

  1. This voucher entitles the holder to purchase any handcrafted beverage with HK$5 discount, except specialty coffee, liqueur coffee, bottled drinks and juices.
  2. Voucher is redeemable at all Pacific Coffee locations in Hong Kong.
  3. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or its equivalent.
  4. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or privileges.
  5. The QR code on the voucher is valid for one-time use only.
  6. Expiry date is non-extendable.
  7. Pacific Coffee Company Ltd. reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
