As soon as you have submitted the application online, please send us copies of all required documents (the application number must be marked on each page) by fax to 2801 4698. The required documents include:
- Hong Kong Identity Card
- Bank statements or passbook showing your name, account number and payroll for the last 3 months
- Proof of course enrollment and course fee receipt / advice issued by School of Continuing Studies, The Chinese University of Hong Kong
- Latest salary / profit tax demand note
- Residential proof within the last 2 months e.g. electricity bill or property rates demand note(Electronic bills are not accepted)

Our customer service representative will contact you to confirm your application. And, relevant documents will be sent to you by mail/fax for your signature. |

Alternatively, you may submit your application to us by mail or in person. Simply print out the completed application form and submit it together with copies of all required documents mentioned above to us by mail to Loans Department, CMB Wing Lung Bank, 45 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong or in person at our Head Office or any of our branches. The form must be duly signed by you before submission. |
