By joining our Securities Savings Scheme, you can accumulate quality shares with just a small amount of monthly contribution and benefit from "Dollar Cost Averaging". When the share price is on an upward track, your asset will appreciate. Your monthly contribution will buy more shares when the share price goes down. This is the right choice for investors looking for stable investment returns.

Benefits of the scheme:

  • You do not have to invest a lump sum, and you can choose the amount you wish to invest from as low as HK$1,000.
  • You have the flexibility to change the contribution amount, select another share for investment or terminate the scheme without any charges.
  • You can add, amend or terminate the scheme or the contribution amount by using our NET Banking services1.
  • You can sell the shares in the account anytime. Odd lots can be sold at the market bid price of board lot.
  • You are entitled to the rights of a shareholder. Dividend and bonus will be deposited to your securities account directly.
  • Statement will list out the contribution status, number of shares bought and purchase price. Contribution history2 can be enquired through NET Banking and Automated Securities Trading (AST) Service.
  • In case you are in need of cash, you do not have to sell the accumulated shares. Just pledge the shares to us as security and you can get financing of up to 70% of the market value of shares after completing simple application procedures.

"Dollar Cost Averaging" helps minimize investment risks as shares are bought at the average price. On top of the net receivable dividend (if any), asset appreciation (if any) may bring you additional investment returns.

Remarks:

  1. This is only applicable to customers who have opened securities trading account and also registered for NET Banking services.
  2. Relevant transaction can be enquired through NET Banking Service and Automated Securities Trading (AST) on the day following purchase of shares.
