pplicant must maintain a HKD savings/current account (with NET Banking Service) with CMB Wing Lung Bank. The account will be designated as the settlement account for money settlements in connection with securities trading and dealing activities. |

Specimen signature and signing instructions in
respect of the securities account would be the same as that of the above settlement account unless otherwise requested. |

Normally it takes 4 working days to process an account opening application. |
| 7. |
Customers who have already opened a securities account with CMB Wing Lung
Bank Ltd can use the Online Securities Trading Service Registration for online securities trading service registration. |
