Notes to Customers

Neither the Bank nor any of the telecommunications companies designated by the Bank for the purpose of providing the SMS Notification Service will assume any liability or responsibility for any failure or delay in transmitting information to customers or any error in such information or interruption in transmission.

The Bank reserves the right to amend the coverage of the SMS Notification Service.

All the SMS sent by the Bank to customers is one-way transmission. Please do not reply to any such SMS.

Customers agree to inform the Bank immediately if their mobile phone number is changed or they would like to terminate the SMS Notification Service.
