We may at any time recover from you any erroneous payment. You warrant that you are legally entitled to receive the payment, and will indemnify us against any loss, liability or expense arising from the payment.
No interest will accrue on the payment until after the payment instruction has been processed by us. The payment instruction, whenever received by us, will only be processed by us during our usual business hours.
