For non-registered customer, only latest e-statements / e-advices can be viewed.

For registered customer, a statement-alert will be sent to the registered e-mail address when the latest statements / advices are available. In addition, your past e-statements / e-advices will be retained for:
- 30 days for daily statements / advices
- 12 weeks for weekly / biweekly statements / advices
- 12 months for monthly statements / advices

Credit Card Account holder can access e-statement of all cards (including supplementary cards) under his / her Principal Account.
