Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion period is valid from 2 January 2014 to 31 March 2014 (Both dates inclusive, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
2. The offer is only applicable for exchange of Hong Kong Dollars to Designated Currencies, or Designated Currencies to Hong Kong Dollars, but not Designated Currencies to other currencies. Designated Currencies include British Pounds (GBP), Euro (EUR), Australian Dollars (AUD), New Zealand Dollars (NZD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Swiss Francs (CHF), Japanese Yen (JPY) and US Dollars (USD).
3. The offer is only applicable for every single transaction of the foreign currency in the amount of $50,000 or ￥5,000,000 or above.
4. The offer is only applicable for T/T exchange through branches or relationship managers. Transactions conducted through Net Banking or Phone banking cannot enjoy this offer.
5. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
6. The offer is bound by the terms and conditions. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, amend or terminate the above offers or amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
7. If there is any discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
