    Remarks:

    1. Annualised Percentage Rate (“APR”) is a reference rate which includes the basic interest rate and other fees and charges of a product expressed as an annualised rate. APR is calculated according to the method set out in the Code of Banking Practice. Maximum APR is 36% with a repayment period of 6 to 60 months, subject to the relevant terms and conditions. The loan application is subject to the Bank’s approval.

    2. The interest rate with original loan amount below HK$1,200,000 (installment loan) is calculated according to annualized percentage rate (“APR”). The preferential APR is calculated based on the monthly flat rate 0.19%(APR 5.24%) with loan amount of HKD1, 000,000 and repayment tenor of 12 months. Under the same monthly flat rate and loan amount, the APR would be 5.51% for repayment tenor of 60 months. The calculation of APR has included 0.5% per annum loan handling fee in accordance with the loan amount and repayment tenor, and has rounded up to the nearest two decimal places. This APR only applicable to individual case subject to the final approved loan amount and credit decision.

    3. The proportion of principal and interest of instalment loan or fixed loan monthly repayment amount with original loan exceed HK$1,200,000 is calculated according to the floating interest rate. Prime Rate (P) means the Hong Kong Dollar Best Lending Rate from time to time quoted by the Bank, subject to market fluctuation.
