Staff Volunteer Team – “Farm Adventure with Children & Companion as Green Ambassador”
A group of staff volunteers and children from Tuen Mun District has participated in the “Farm Adventure with Children & Companion as Green Ambassador”, which was co-organized with HKYWCA, with great fun. This volunteer activity was held in YWCA’s “Healthy Elderly Farm” in Fanling. Though knowing one another at the first time, they familiarized themselves very soon and cooperated closely to achieve various tasks, such as bread making & farm orienteering. Most impressive of all was that the children have demonstrated fully their skillful and witty talents under the volunteers’ patient guidance, and which even drove our volunteers feeling inferior to them.
