To strengthen the promotion of the Bank’s
e-Services at certain remote areas in Hong Kong (i.e. Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun, Tung Chung, etc.) and in response to the recommendation from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority on “Financial Inclusion”, the Bank has organized with the Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association (“HKYWCA”) a financial workshop for 30 grass-roots citizens at the Tin Shui Wai Integrated Social Service Centre on 19th January 2017. Through the workshop, the Bank shared with participants the e-Services of the Bank, and the specific features of each e-Services channel together with basic usage skills, such that they will handle their daily financial needs in an easier way.

*HKYWCA was established in 1920. From 2012 onwards, the Bank has partnered with HKYWCA to organize Staff Volunteer Activity which targets elderlies living in residential care unit or living alone and children from underprivileged families.
