(Hong Kong, 25^th January 2021) CMB Wing Lung Bank (“the Bank”) would like to notify customers and the general public that special arrangements will be introduced to facilitate the exchanging of new banknotes while reducing queues and observing social distancing at operating branches.

From 26^th January 2021 to 11^th February 2021, customers of the Bank can get tickets (first-come-first-serve basis and while stock lasts) distributed by branches. Customers will be served with new notes exchange services at an express counter of that ticket-issued branch at a specific time on the day when the ticket is issued. New notes exchange services will only serve existing customers who possess a deposits account(s) of the Bank.

In addition, all operating branches of the Bank will open earlier and operate an hour extra at 9:00am to 10:00am from 26^th to 28^th January 2021 to accommodate high demand for new notes exchanging services.

To better protect the Bank’s customers and staff, branches will conduct body temperature screening for customers prior to entering the branch. If customer’s temperature is at 37.5 degree Celsius or above, please seek appropriate medical care and visit branches on another day. Also, please wear face mask when entering the branches.
