The fifth batch of Silver bond issued by the HKSAR Government, or Silver Bond 5, is available for IPO from 1st Dec 2020 onward. CMB Wing Lung Bank customers can log in to NET Banking Services between 9:00a.m. on 1st Dec 2020 and 5:00 p.m. on 10th Dec 2020 to subscribe Silver Bond 5, which is due in 2023.
