Hongkong Post Service Special Arrangement

(Hong Kong, 20th July 2020) Due to the special arrangement for postal services announced by Hongkong Post recently, delivery of correspondences (including customer notices, paper statements by mail of Investment and Securities Services, monthly statements etc.,) between CMB Wing Lung Bank (“the Bank”) and customers may experience delay.

Account(s) which have already registered e-Statement Services of the Bank will not be affected by the delay of delivery. For non-registered account(s), customers can log into NET Banking Services or CMB Wing Lung Bank Wintech mobile app to view the last three cycles e-statements / e-advices.
