Termination of BCT Group’s MPF Services at ATMs
CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited (“the Bank”) has received notification from BCT Group (BCT) recently about BCT’s decision to terminate its MPF Services (including checking the balance and contribution records of BCT’s MPF account, as well as making MPF payment to BCT) at ATMs under the network of Joint Electronic Teller Services Limited (“JETCO”).
In line with the decision of BCT, the Bank will terminate BCT’s MPF Services at all ATMs of the Bank progressively starting from 4th June 2019 (“the Effective Date”).
For customers who need to make MPF payment, please visit any branches of the Bank; for customers who need to handle other issues related to BCT’s MPF, please use other channels, such as website (www.bcthk.com) and mobile applications, etc., provided by BCT.
