Game Rules and Terms and Conditions

1. The game runs from 16 September 2013 to 31 December 2013 (the "Promotion Period"), both dates inclusive.
2. In each calendar month during the promotion period, participants can guess one stock in the main board with the largest price increment in the following calendar month once. Deadline cut-off time is at midnight of the last calendar day of the month. For example:

3. The Bank will calculate the increment of the stocks per month submitted by the participants in the previous month and rank the results among the participants. The participants ranked in the top 10 will entitle to "$0 brokerage fee for HKD800,000 securities transaction" offer which can be used monthly in the following 3 months after the winning month. "$0 brokerage fee for HKD800,000 securities transaction" offer is only applicable for purchase and sales transactions through electronic channels (including Net Banking and Automated Securities Trading Service). If the total monthly turnover via electronic channels is over HKD800,000, the rebate amount will be calculated on pro-rata basis (Please refer to the demonstration below). The brokerage fee will be debited to the winners' HKD settlement accounts in advance and the total amount of brokerage rebate will be credited to the relevant HKD settlement accounts in form of cash rebate in the next month. The winners must have valid securities account and settlement account when cash rebate is deposited. 
   For example: The brokerage rate for electronic channels is assumed of 0.25% and the minimum charge is HKD80.

5. The stock is not applicable if the stock is suspended on the day of submission.
6. All persons who are interested in the game are welcomed to participate but the winners are required to maintain securities account with our bank in order to enjoy the "$0 brokerage fee for HKD800,000 securities transaction".
7. If a participant enrolls more than one time in each calendar month, the Bank will regard the latest submission as the final one in that particular month. The Bank is not liable for any delay, loss or incorrectness of submission by the participant or unrecognized information etc that is caused by any computer or network problem etc. The Bank reserves the right to decide the list of winners, qualifications of participation or award etc.
8. The bank's record of game-related information, including date, time, stock code and participants' information submitted would be viewed as final. Participants is advised to read this "Game Rules, Terms and Conditions" in details. Should you have any queries, please call 2543 3622 for details.
9. The list of winners will be uploaded to the bank's official website www.cmbwinglungbank.com. The Bank will notify the winner(s) by the mobile phone number provided. If the Bank is unable to contact the winner(s) within 14 days, the winner(s) will be disqualified regardless of incorrect mobile phone number provided or the call without any response.
10. "$0 brokerage fee for HKD800,000 securities transaction" cannot be used in conjunction with the bank's other promotional offers. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other discounts.
11. An applicant can only be awarded once during the promotion period.
12. In case of any dispute, the explanation and decision of the Bank shall be final.
13. In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese shall prevail.
