  • Individual (single or joint names) and company (limited company) applicants are welcome.
  • Individual applicant must be 18 or above.
  • Applicant must apply in person in any CMB Wing Lung Bank branches. Or apply online securities account through CMBWLB Wintech mobile banking services (applicable for Cash / Cash (Pledge) only) / CMB Wing Lung NET Banking.
  • Applicant must maintain a HKD savings/current account (with NET Banking Service) with CMB Wing Lung Bank. The account will be designated as the settlement account for money settlements in connection with securities trading and dealing activities.
  • Specimen signature and signing instructions in respect of the securities account would be the same as that of the above settlement account unless otherwise requested.
  • Normally it takes 4 working days to process an account opening application.
  • Customers who have already opened a securities account with CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd can use the Online Securities Trading Service Registration for online securities trading service registration.

  1. After printing out the documents, applicant should read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the services selected.
  2. Fill in the required information in the Account Mandate and apply in person in any CMB Wing Lung Bank Branches together with the following required documents. In addition to Securities Account Opening , applicants may select other services (e.g. Securities Savings Scheme) and complete relevant schedules.
