CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited (“the Bank”) is dedicated to provide quality services. If you have received our notification that your account opening application was not successful and would like to request for a review of your application or provide additional information/documents to the Bank to proceed with your previous application, please contact your account opening branch or Customer Relationship Manager and complete the Review of Account Opening Application Form.

Reminder

  • Please ensure all information in the Review of Account Opening Application Form is completed and return it to your account opening branch or Customer Relationship Manager within 2 months from the date upon receipt of our notification that your account opening application was not successful. Otherwise, your application will not be processed any further.

  • The Bank reserves the right of acceptance of an account opening application.
