- In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions of this Offer, the English version shall prevail.
- General Terms and Conditions of this Offer are applicable to the terms and conditions of each offer below.
- Customer must apply for Property Mortgage Loan Services during the Offer Period and successfully drawdown in full on or before 31st December 2024 to enjoy Property Mortgage Loan Services Offer (“this Offer”).
- This Offer is only applicable to residential property. This Offer is not applicable to applications referred by agents and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- This Offer is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Bank’s “MORTGAGE WITH PROPERTY AS COLLATERAL - TERMS AND CONDITIONS” for CMB Wing Lung Property Mortgage Loan Services.
- The preferential property mortgage interest rate offer is subject to the relevant terms and conditions. “HIBOR” means the Hong Kong Interbank Offered Rate which shall be determined by the Bank by reference to the HKAB HIBOR page (or its replacement) as of 11:00 a.m. (Hong Kong Time) on the first day of the relevant drawdown or rollover date. If the first day of an Interest Period is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, HIBOR will be determined on the immediately preceding business date. “Prime Rate” (P) means the Hong Kong Dollar Best Lending Rate from time to time quoted by the Bank, subject to market fluctuation.
- All application of Property Mortgage Loan Services is subject to, inter alia, the Bank’s credit policy and final approval.
- Fixed Deposit Offer (“this Offer”) is only applicable to CMB Wing Lung Luxe Visa Infinite or CMB Wing Lung Credit Card Platinum Card Cardholder. Cardholder can enjoy preferential fixed deposit interest rate at any branches of the Bank by presenting CMB Wing Lung Luxe Visa Infinite or CMB Wing Lung Credit Card Platinum Card.
- The preferential fixed deposit annual interest rates of this Offer are only applicable to the deposits of designated currencies and amount. The designated currencies and amount is HKD10,000 or above, USD1,000 or above, AUD1,000 or above, NZD1,000 or above, CAD1,000 or above and GBP1,000 or above respectively.
- All fixed deposits cannot be withdrawn, cancelled or terminated before maturity. If the customer withdraws, cancels or terminates the fixed deposits before maturity, the Bank will not disburse any interest, and charges will apply.
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers of the Bank.

- CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited is the Appointed Insurance Agency (Insurance Authority Licensed Insurance Agency Number: FA3403) of CMB Wing Lung Insurance. The insurance products the Bank can promote, advise on or arrange are limited to the insurance products offered by the appointing insurer.
- CMB Wing Lung Insurance is authorized and supervised by Insurance Authority to operate general insurance business in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between the Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, the Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however any dispute over the contractual terms of insurance product should be resolved between CMB Wing Lung Insurance and the customer directly.
- CMB Wing Lung Insurance has reserved the absolute rights to determine whether to accept the application of the above mentioned insurance product based on the information of applicant/insured person provided on the application.
- CMB Wing Lung Insurance could amend or cancel the terms and conditions of the above mentioned insurance product from time to time without prior notice. CMB Wing Lung Insurance reserved the final decision rights in case of any disputes.
