Terms and Conditions:

  1. The application deadline for the subscription CHINA LITERATURE LIMITED (" CHINA LIT ") (Stock code: 00772) IPO shares through our nominee service is 30 October 2017 12:00 noon. IPO financing, with quota, is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.(a) The fixed fee includes loan interest amount and an IPO loan handling fee of HKD100 ("loan handling fee"), exclusive of brokerage, SFC transaction levy and Stock Exchange trading fee. (b) Any fixed fee paid will not be refunded regardless of the allotment result and quantity of shares allotted. (c)The actual annualised interest rate is calculated based on the loan interest amount, being fixed fee minus loan handling fee. For a 7-day loan tenor, the actual annlised interest rates for the IPO financing fixed-fee packages are 1.147% (Package A), 1.502% (Package B), 1.663% (Package C), 1.735% (Package D) and 1.744% (Package E) respectively. (d) Loan tenor will be increased or decreased if a Typhoon Signal No 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted on any working day during the IPO period or due to whatever reasons. Our bank reserves the right to adjust the fixed fee of the above packages.
  2. The loan amount is around 90% of the subscription amount and the rest shall be paid by customer.
  3. Subscription amount payable by customer includes around 10% of the total subscription amount and fixed fee.
  4. The loan handling fee of HKD100 is charged for IPO financing under preferential interest rate scheme.
  5. P (Prime rate) means the Best Lending Rate from time to time quoted by the Bank, which is 5.25% p.a. at present, subject to fluctuations.
  6. The Bank may revise the terms of the above offers in accordance with changes in the subscription period and upper price limit of the above IPO shares.
