Register Email to Receive Account or Transaction Information
In response to regulatory requirements, relevant parties and organizations need to implement effective measures to mitigate hacking risks of customers when they conduct transaction through the Internet.
Therefore, with effect from 21st July 2018 ("Effective Date"), for customers who hold Securities Account and Wealth Management Investment Account of CMB Wing Lung Bank ("the Bank") ("Related Customers"), transaction information about the relevant account(s) will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the Related Customers at the Bank in order to ensure the Related Customers can receive the relevant information properly. If the Related Customers have not registered any e-mail address with the Bank, or would like to change the e-mail address, they need to register or change the e-mail address through CMB Wing Lung NET Banking Services on or before the Effective Date1 to ensure effective delivery of the transaction information. If Related Customers have not registered any e-mail address with the Bank after the Effective Date, CMB Wing Lung e-Services will no longer be available after the Effective Date2.
- Related Customers can login to CMB Wing Lung NET Banking Services and select "Change of Personal Information" under "My Settings" to check, register and change the e-mail address. Related Customers may also visit any branches of the Bank in person to complete the registration. In order to protect the interests of customers, Related Customers should use their personal e-mail address for registration.
